CyberFOX® Acquires Optimize365, Adding Microsoft 365 Security to Its Endpoint and Identity Portfolio

Acquisition pairs CyberFOX privileged access, password, and network controls with continuous M365 tenant monitoring, giving small to mid-sized enterprises coverage on both the device and the cloud

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CyberFOX®, a global cybersecurity software provider helping IT teams control access, protect credentials, and secure connectivity, today announced it has acquired Optimize365. The acquisition adds continuous Microsoft 365 tenant monitoring and hardening to a portfolio that already covers privileged access management (PAM), password management, AI-powered DNS filtering, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

IT teams across industries are responsible for securing a rapidly expanding number of different platforms and technology stacks with limited budgets and finite resources. Microsoft 365 environments add another layer of complexity, with configurations, permissions, and security settings that can change rapidly over time and create risk when they aren’t carefully managed. The acquisition of Optimize365 expands the ability of CyberFOX to help IT teams identify and address these risks across both endpoint and cloud environments.

“IT teams are facing an increasingly complex access attack surface, from endpoints and identities to Microsoft 365 and beyond,” said David Bellini, CEO of CyberFOX. “Our goal is to give them a comprehensive suite of security platforms that protects the full access attack surface, without adding more complexity.”

What this acquisition means for customers

  • More comprehensive coverage of the attack surface: Extend protection from endpoints, privileged access, credentials, and web traffic into the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Reduce the burden of Microsoft 365 security: Continuously identify configuration drift, prioritize high risk changes, and automate remediation so IT teams don't have to monitor everything manually.
  • Manage security from one portfolio: Bring complementary endpoint, identity, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 security capabilities together under one provider.

“Optimize365 expands what CyberFOX can deliver to these teams, giving them a more complete approach to security without adding another complex platform to manage. It’s a natural extension of our mission to give lean IT teams the tools they need to stay ahead of threats,” said Adam Slutskin, Chief Revenue Officer at CyberFOX.

Charles Love, COO at ShowTech Solutions said, “Cybersecurity isn't just about building walls, it's about knowing exactly where the cracks are before someone else finds them. With Optimize365, we've given our team real-time visibility into configuration drift across our customer environments, catching the small gaps that too often turn into major vulnerabilities. It's helped us move from reactive firefighting to proactive defense, and that shift has been a game-changer for how ShowTech Solutions protects our clients' data.”

Optimize365 will continue to operate under the Optimize365 brand within the CyberFOX portfolio in the near term. Existing Optimize365 partners and customers will see no disruption to service, support, or contracts. CyberFOX plans to integrate Optimize365 into its partner program and product roadmap over the coming quarters.

The acquisition follows the company’s nine-figure growth investment led by Level Equity and Radian Capital in February 2026, and its acquisition of SASE provider Timus Networks in June 2026.
